A long-time foodie, with over 25 years’ experience in the restaurant industry my culinary and mechanical background have fused to fit smartly into a knowledgeable food service professional.  From an early laborer’s perspective inside kitchens cooking on the line to, years later, designing full walk-in coolers with dynamic restaurant and bar layouts, there is plenty of experience to draw from.
